Troubleshooting

Recover from connection, empty-view or display problems

Check the failing feature and keep private information out of reports.

If a local scan fails, check Wi-Fi and the displayed target network. If connected monitoring fails, check internet connectivity and whether the Sentinel service is available. These are different connections.

If a view is empty, clear its search and filters, refresh the workspace and inspect agent last-report times. Read-only permissions and synthetic preview intentionally disable editing.

If a session expires or is rejected, sign in again with a valid administrator-provided key. Do not repeatedly submit an uncertain or revoked key. Ask the administrator to verify your access.

For a large-text layout, scroll to the remaining controls and rotate if useful. The release app protects its screens from screenshots; a blank capture is expected privacy behavior, not missing content.

For help, include the app version, Android version, the feature used, time of failure and exact non-sensitive error. Do not send access keys, session tokens, complete inventory reports or private network addresses in an initial support request.
